We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, state, preferred departure airport, travel preferences, destination votes, referral information, membership relationship, event interest, and requests for travel assistance.

We use this information to manage community membership, personalize travel and event opportunities, understand departure markets and destination interest, respond to travel requests, attribute referrals, improve services, and maintain the relationship between Black Travel Club, Team Vacay, VacayOS, an assigned advisor, quotes, bookings, servicing, documents, commissions, and future travel.

Canonical records

Black Travel Club does not operate a separate customer, event, trip, booking, or inventory database. Canonical customer and operational records are maintained through VacayOS to reduce duplication and preserve accurate attribution and audit history.

Email and SMS consent

Email consent and SMS consent are separate choices. Joining the free community requires permission to send community email. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
